Where does Ananday ship?
Ananday currently ships within the U.S. (for now). We’re working on bringing Ananday to more places. Tag us @heyananday to let us know where you live.
How soon will I get my stuff?
You order, we process, then we ship. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. We pack all items by hand with 100% biodegradable materials — learn how we pack. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates.
Shipping rates are calculated at check out. We pass on our commercial shipping rates to our customers with no markup. You choose which option fits you best.
Be sure you provide the EXACT SHIPPING ADDRESS. If we ship to the wrong address it will come back to us and you will have to pay both the cost of that return (UPS charges us to return packages) and also to have it shipped again. If UPS delivers to an address other than that which you give (ex. you forget to put the apt. number or you give us 100 when the address is 101), they charge us twelve (12!) dollars. We will charge that to your card, so make sure your address is correct.
You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. In some cases the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via [email protected] We’ll look into it for you.
Customs, duties and taxes.
Ananday is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Ananday is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
